To be treated fairly is the dream for all men, women, and children. Racial tension between the whites and the blacks had escalated to a dangerous level when the blacks demanded equal rights. Today people are judged on the way they look, talk, speak, or their nationality. Are we headed in the same direction that we were in the Fifties? Or could we change racism to total respect for all living people? This report will not only give you information on the hardships faced in the Fifties, but also the people who had an impact on changing this movement.
