Attention parents of incoming 6th graders. Please remember that your child will need a sixth grade physical and immunizations before entering the sixth grade in the Fall. Please also note that a sixth grade physical can be used in place of a sports physical, however, the sports physical CAN NOT be used in place of a sixth grade physical.
